About the Hope Fund: The Hope Fund offers special assistance for the families we serve to help cover gas to travel to The Children's Place for services and other unexpected needs, from utility assistance to car troubles. It also helps to supplement our food pantry and clothing closet.

The Children's Place is Kansas City's specialized trauma treatment center serving the mental health needs of young children since 1978. With dedication, support, and the highest level of research-based care, they walk hand-in-hand with children from birth to eight years old as they heal from life’s deepest hurts.
