Story
I am incredibly honoured to be raising funds for The Brain Tumour Charity once again.
Having completed the London Marathon in 2017, I have ever since wanted to take on another marathon challenge. Eight years have passed, and with little serious running in between, this journey will be a significant test of my determination, resilience and knees!
As a brain tumour surgeon at King's College Hospital, I witness firsthand the profound impact this disease has on patients and their families every single week. It is heartbreaking to see the struggles they endure. The Brain Tumour Charity is at the forefront of the fight for a cure, tirelessly advocating for research and support that can change lives.
I will be participating in the Berlin Marathon, aiming to raise £4,000 to support this vital cause. Your generous contributions can help pave the way for breakthroughs in treatment and provide hope to those affected by brain tumours. Together, we can make a difference!
