I’m running the Swindon Half Marathon to help raise awareness and funding for Society Without Abuse (SWA).

SWA is working closely with women, men and children affected by abuse, they do this by raising awareness, improving education, and actively focusing on prevention. These innovative and integrated programmes are all building towards their ultimate goal of a society without abuse.

I work as a part of the Open2Change team who provide 1:1 intervention and prevention services to support those who recognise, and want to change, the harmful behaviours in their relationships.
