Blood Bikes Wales operates tirelessly, relying solely on the dedication of volunteers and the generosity of donors. They deliver essential items such as blood samples, plasma, donated human milk, and important documents across all six Welsh Health Boards, and their service is not just limited to weekdays; they also operate from 7pm on Friday evenings until midnight on Monday, including Bank Holidays, and even Christmas Day!
