Over 7 days, we’ll be encouraging people to complete 7 challenges. From 77 squats for 7 days to 7km for 7 days we have a variety of activities being completed by a group of 15 employees.

This was started by Kevin Sinfield CBE after his best friend Leeds Rhinos legend Rob Burrow was diagnosed with MND in 2019. Sinfield will embark on the sixth annual challenge in December this year, where he will run 7 ultra marathons in 7 days across 7 cities. Whilst our challenges wont be as extreme (thankfully!) it's a great opportunity to raise money for a great cause.
