Ykids hopes to take 15+ young people to an extraordinary faith camp called MCYC - offering a fantastic summer experience that gives young people the chance to have fun, make friends and explore their faith. Reaching Children, Changing Lives.
At Ykids, we work with young people in the heart of the community in Bootle, Merseyside.
We hope to take 15 young people to Seniors week at MCYC this August. Seniors is an exciting week with lots of amazing activities to do and spending time looking into faith and going deeper.
We need to raise £3000 to get us there - please can you help? This is to pay for tickets for all the young people, a full food menu, equipment and travel.
Last year a similar camp was transformative for all the young people, many camped for the first time and all had never experienced being a part of something so big! MCYC is a new and exciting experience for all this year. All of the young people who went last year either experienced God for the first time or grew on their faith journey, on top of developing confidence, resilience, and making new friends from across the UK.
