Story
Running has always been more than just a sport for me. it’s a journey of purpose, resilience, and gratitude. Each marathon I’ve run has carried its own meaning, but this one is special. In September 2026, I’ll be running the Berlin Marathon in support of The Passage, a charity that provides vital support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the UK.
My decision to run for The Passage comes from a deep belief that no one should have to face life’s hardest moments alone. Over the years, I’ve seen how easily circumstances a lost job, a health issue, or simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time can push people to the edge. The Passage doesn’t just offer shelter; it offers hope, dignity, and the chance for a new start. That mission deeply resonates with me.
My fundraising goal is £1,250, and I’m confident we can reach it together. Every donation, big or small, goes directly to supporting The Passage’s life-changing work — providing food, shelter, and essential services for those in need.
Berlin will be my second world major marathon thanks to the passage team for making this happen. I want it to mean more than just a personal achievement. This is about running for purpose using something I love to create real impact.
If you’d like to support this cause, please consider donating to my fundraising page and helping me reach the £1,250 goal. Together, we can make every mile count.
