I am holding a Yoga & Wellbeing fundraiser event on Sunday 30th July at Live Argyll in Helensburgh (Scotland), to raise money and awareness for the Humane Society International (HSI) charity.

HSI are on the ground fighting the horrific dog meat trade and protecting all animals facing extreme cruelty, but they need your help to continue their lifesaving work.

Along with helping dogs suffering on dog meat farms and protecting street dogs around the globe, your support also helps protect all animals - including those suffering in laboratories, on factory farms and those abused in the wild.
