We are raising money for Elsie's Story and Bebe's Hive, in honour of Elsie Dot Stancombe, Bebe King and Alice de Silva Aguiar, who tragically lost their lives in the Southport incident in July 2024.

Elsie's Story is a charitable trust set up by her wonderful, inspiring and courageous parents to continue Elsie's legacy. The trust has been established with the principle objective to give grants to causes in Elsie's name, including community projects, medical care and support for individuals and families in times of need. We have already witnessed some incredible support this charity is giving to local children and we want to do everything we can to support this family and our home town.

Bebe's Hive is a grief-informed, creative support project for children and families set up by her remarkable family — built in memory of their beautiful Bebe and to let her light and spirit shine on. The Hive is designed to provide a safe, child-led space for healing and will be rooted in love, creativity, and connection. This is a place that is going to be crucial for the children of our town and beyond, to heal, create and find hope after loss.

We are a group of 6 best friends who will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on Saturday 4th October. The challenge is to climb the three separate peaks within 12 hours. We will be documenting our training and encouraging donations as we face this tough challenge all in the name of Elsie Dot, Bebe King and Alice de Silva Aguiar. Three beautiful girls with a zest for life, and we want to continue turning the pages of their stories.
