My friend Emily runs an amazing charity Hear My Music which helps people who don’t communicate in the same way as everyone else to access the incredible powers of music. Everyone can communicate in some way but sometimes it takes a wee while to find the best method to suit, and Emily and her team are AMAZING at helping people find the right way for them.

I don’t mind admitting I’m a lazy boy these days, and 3 miles (along with the walk to and from the start/finish line!) will be quite the endurance activity for me. But I loved it when I did it in 2023 and I’m just hoping it will be better weather this year.
