Some of the YRMU Team will be taking on the Firewalk Challenge on Saturday the 15th of June 2024. The team members taking part are- our General Manager, Simon, our Fundraisers, Mollie and Jade, Deb our Administrator, Our Trustee, Sarah, and Jen and Lisa from our Support Centre!

The charity means so much to all of us. Approximately 75% of the YRMU team have sadly lost a young loved one themselves.

Please help us raise the much-needed funds to continue providing the essential services to our families.

You Raise Me Up supports families after the death of a child aged 16-25.

The charity provides compassion, support and simply to be able to say “we totally understand” rather than “we cannot imagine what you are going through”.

We have trained, experienced counsellors available to help families through these dark times. We also run monthly support groups, where you can meet other families going through similar emotions and start to feel less alone. Our support centre and community cafe in Polegate is comfortable welcoming space for all.
