My 24-Hour Challenge for The Neuro Therapy Centre
On July 11th, 2026, I will be taking on the toughest physical and mental challenge of my life: the Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) 24 Hour Challenge. My mission is to ascend and descend the highest mountain in Wales as many times as possible within 24 grueling hours.
I am dedicating every single step to the incredible team at The Neuro Therapy Centre and the vital support they provide.
My Why: Supporting My Brother and The Centre
The Neuro Therapy Centre is a place of care, friendship, and hope, providing essential support to people living with long-term neurological conditions like Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
This charity is deeply personal to me because of the unwavering support they have given my brother, who suffers from MS. They have been a true lifeline for him, offering specialized therapies and a positive, encouraging environment that helps him manage his condition and live life to the fullest. They don’t just treat symptoms; they support the whole person and their carers.
The Challenge: Pushing My Limits for 24 Hours
The Yr Wyddfa 24 is an extreme ultra-endurance event, requiring me to push my body and mind beyond their limits for a full day and night.
Your Donation Makes a Difference
The Neuro Therapy Centre supports over 600 members and costs over £15,500 every week to run. They rely entirely on donations to provide their life-changing services, from physiotherapy and complementary therapies to crucial emotional support for carers.
Your support will fuel me through every ascent on Snowdon and, more importantly, ensure that the Centre can continue to be a positive, stable lifeline for so many.
- £15 could fund a vital specialized therapy session for a member.
- Any amount helps keep the doors open and the support flowing.
Thank you for helping me give back to the place that has given my brother so much. Please donate and share my journey.
