Story
🚴♂️ One Mission. 400km. Three Countries. One Personal Reason.
Cancer has touched my family deeply. I lost my own mother to cancer, so I know personally how devastating this disease can be — not just for the patient, but for the whole family.
That’s why I’m taking on a 400km cycling challenge from England, through France and Belgium, all the way to Brussels, to raise much-needed funds for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, Karachi.
Having seen the care my mother received at Compton Care, I understand the difference compassionate, specialist care can make during one of the most difficult times in a family’s life. Sadly, in Pakistan, many cancer patients and families simply cannot afford the treatment and support they desperately need.
Shaukat Khanum exists to give those people hope. It provides cancer treatment to patients regardless of their ability to pay, helping families who might otherwise have nowhere to turn.
💙 Every penny donated through this fundraiser goes towards the hospital. I am personally covering the full cost of the cycling challenge, so your donation can go directly towards this important cause.
Whether you donate £10, £100, £500 or £1,000, every contribution can help provide treatment, care and hope to someone fighting cancer.
And if you can’t donate, please share this page. Your share could reach someone who can.
400km is a long way — but it’s nothing compared with the journey faced by someone battling cancer.
Please support me, share the fundraiser and keep us in your prayers. ❤️🤲
