I will be running the Ipswich Half Marathon on Sunday 22nd September 2024 to raise money for a charity very close to my heart Suicide Prevention UK (SPUK) as sadly this takes more than 6000 lives in the UK each year. By doing this run i hope this will support others going through a difficult time & make them realise their live is worth living & to get the support that is needed. Sadly I have known a few people over the years that have taken their lives. So will be running for Phil, Kyle & Kia
