Water is the key to all life. Yet in Pakistan, 21 million people lack access to clean water, and as a result, 40% of all deaths in Pakistan each year are caused by unsafe, dirty water. A lack of water combined with a lack of sanitation and hygiene facilities is putting millions of lives at risk each year, especially women and girls.
