London Marathon 2026 · 26 April 2026 · Start fundraising for this event

In 2026, over 300 MS Superstar runners will take on the London Marathon, to raise funds and awareness for the MS Society and to help stop MS. This is their team page.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page! In April 2026 I will be running the London Marathon, to support the work of the MS Society.

As many will know this is a cause very close to myself and my family, my Dad has suffered from MS since he was 40 years old, and my Aunty since she was 17. Together, they’ve been battling this condition for over 72 years combined, and I’ve seen first-hand the toll it takes – not just on them, but on the people who love and care for them too.

Running 26.2 miles around London may be tough, but it is nothing compared to the daily challenges my Dad, Aunty and those that care for them face. By running for the MS Society, I hope to turn that struggle into something positive. The money raised will help fund life-changing research and provide vital support for families like mine, with the ultimate goal of finding a cure. MS challenges my family every single day and has shaped so much of our lives – but with your support, we can make a real difference to the 2.9 million people affected worldwide.

Every donation, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to stopping this debilitating illness for good. Thank you for supporting me, my family, and everyone living with MS. Your donations are much appreciated and will give me the extra fuel needed on marathon day.

About the MS Society

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable condition that affects your brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged. This causes a range of symptoms like blurred vision and problems with how we move, think and feel.

More than 150,000 people in the UK have MS. Once diagnosed, MS stays with you for life, but treatments and specialists can help you to manage the condition and its symptoms.

The MS Society is here to help everyone live well with MS.

Every year they reach thousands of people with help and support through their MS Helpline and local groups. They campaign on the issues that matter most to the MS community. And they invest in ground-breaking research to stop MS in its tracks.

Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.
