Story

In August 2025, my partner Sasha painfully lost her mother, Linda Aldridge, to Cancer. Linda was an incredible mother to Sasha, her two brothers Jake and Dylan and wife to Alistar and will forever leave a legacy of kindness, determination and care to everyone she crossed paths with.

In the final chapter of Linda's life, the team at Nightingale House Hospice provided truly amazing support and care not only for her but for her entire family. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication ensured that Linda’s final days were filled with comfort and compassion, and that her loved ones received the emotional and practical support they so deeply needed. Without their specialist palliative care, families like the Aldridges would not receive the incredible support and peace of mind that Nightingale House brings when it matters most.

Smaller hospices like this are vital. The incredible work they do ensures that every family can spend precious time together, knowing their loved one is cared for with compassion and respect. Your support helps ensure that care like this continues.

My uncle Paul and I will be running the Kettering Half-Marathon on the 8th March to raise money for the hospice, something incredibly far out of my comfort zone, so any donations and support to this amazing cause would be greatly appreciated.
