Story
Zach aged 10 has been asked by school to do something that helps a cause, straight away he decided he wanted to do a 4 mile charity swim to raise money for Warrington Animal Welfare.
4 years ago 3 German Shepherd puppies were dumped, underweight and sick WAW took them back in and nursed them back to health. We were lucky enough to adopt one of the dumped puppies now called Gunner. Gunner and his brothers Jack & Barney were all adopted into the most amazing homes because of WAW and they turned 4 today! Every year Zach has donated some of his Christmas money to WAW so they can continue to do their amazing work. Dogs like Gunner, Jack & Barney wouldn’t have had a chance without charities like them.
When his swim team friends found out they also wanted to join and help raise money. Joining him on the day and also completing the huge 4 mile swim are his swim teammate's, Lily 9, Billy 11 & Ralph 10. They are attempting to swim in total 16 miles between them! They are also doing this in their school holidays. Please support them and donate if you can.
