On 19th April I’ll be running the Manchester Marathon aiming for 3:40–3:45 to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.

This is a charity that means a lot to our family. We lost my grandad Jack to Alzheimer’s, and seeing what this disease does to someone you love is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Alzheimer’s Society does incredible work supporting people living with dementia and funding research to change the future of the disease.
