MANWELL CIO is a charity which has been established to empower men of all ages in the Liverpool City Region and beyond to work together as a community, to understand, enhance and manage their own physical health, mental health and wellbeing.

Manwell has been an important part of my life for the last two years and by running this 10km on behalf of them I will be raising funds to support the charity to offer more to its members in the form of an 11 a side team that will play in the local Liverpool weekend leagues. The funds will support the creation and application of the team into the league as well as ability to acquire new equipment and kit.
