Our wonderful supporters are taking on either a spirited 10 km or an energetic 10 mile looped route through the heart of London as darkness falls to raise vital funds for St Raphael's Hospice.

I am taking on the Thames Moonlight 10 Walk and going through the heart of London as darkness falls and the Moon rises to raise vital funds for the Hospice.
