University of Sunderland Men's Football is raising money for If U Care Share in loving memory of our close friend, Zak, who sadly we lost to suicide earlier this year. Zak was an integral part of our club and an admired friend to many in the club. Zak's death had a rippling effect within our club, and we want to do all we can to support his family, friends, and our community as everyone tries to adjust.

This charity focuses on suicide prevention but also provides support to those who are affected by the loss of friends and family. We will be supporting this charity at the

memorial football match on the 28th of May to do all we can to avoid this situation happening again to anyone.

Any and all donations are hugely appreciated, no matter how big or small the amount is; every bit helps to raise awareness and support this charity in preventing more situations like this one from happening.
