I will be running a half marathon in the Wye Valley on the 21st of July to raise funds for Talk Club, a men's mental health charity.

Talk Club is dedicated to providing crucial support and fostering open conversations about mental health among men through asking the question HOW ARE YOU, OUT OF 10? I have personally benefitted from Talk Club sessions many times and I hope to help them continue to raise numbers and change lives throughout the country.
