I have just come back from Guhyaloka, a Buddhist retreat centre nestled between the mountains in southern Spain. I spent three magical weeks in a hut on the hillside looking out onto the Sacred Valley.

The main retreat centre is currently seeking funds to carry out repairs, improve environmental sustainability, and increase its capacity. They need funds for the work, and a campaign has been kick-started to raise money.

As part of that, a few friends and I are going to take part in a mini-triathlon on Hampstead Heath on April 25th. We're going to do a 5k run, a 500m swim in the ponds, and then a 10k cycle.
