Project Care Volunteering organises group volunteering trips for university students to schools and colleges for disadvantaged young people in India and Uganda.

It was founded in 2012 and has since coordinated 15 group volunteering trips, raising over £100,000 towards transformational education projects, including sanitation projects and the building of new school infrastructure (such as classrooms, playgrounds, toilets and kitchens).

Our group will be heading to a school in Manali which is the only school in the region meaning some of children have to walk for up to 7 days to reach school at the beginning of term.
