Paris Half Marathon for CUP Research at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust

Paris Half Marathon 2025 · 9 March 2025 ·
Coming up to three years ago, our beautiful mummy was diagnosed with Cancer of Unknown Primary (CUP). This means the cancer had already spread, but doctors couldn’t determine where it started. Without knowing the origin, treatment becomes much more challenging, making CUP one of the most difficult cancers to diagnose and treat. Research in this area is vital to advancing diagnosis, developing more effective treatments, and ultimately giving patients and their families more certainty and hope.
To raise as much money as possible, seven of my girls and I are taking on the Paris Half Marathon on March 9th, 2025. We’re running in support of The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, with all donations going directly to the CUP fund.
