I’m running the London 10K to raise money for Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

I’ve always felt a deep respect for this organisation and the work they do; going where others won’t, and helping people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
