Support Me in the TCS London Marathon – Raising Funds for the Throat Cancer Foundation

On Sunday, 27th April, I’ll be running the TCS London Marathon, not just for personal achievement, but to honour my loved ones and help raise awareness and funds for the Throat Cancer Foundation. This is a cause close to my heart, as I’ve seen firsthand the devastating impact of throat cancer.

My uncle tragically passed away from throat cancer at the age of 62 on 9th March 2025, and before him, my nan lost her battle with the same illness at 59. We also lost my great-grandfather to throat cancer.

That’s why I’ve decided to raise money to support this incredible charity, which plays a crucial role in raising awareness, funding research, and providing support to those affected by throat cancer.

Throat cancer can be difficult to detect early, and many people are unaware of the symptoms or risk factors. The Throat Cancer Foundation is dedicated to improving early diagnosis, funding vital research, and providing support to those impacted by this disease.
