Story
I’m running the London Marathon to support the Charlie Waller Trust, an incredible charity dedicated to transforming lives. Training for a marathon is a significant challenge, pushing me both physically and mentally. It’s not just about physical endurance—the mental strength it requires is even tougher.
My Running Journey
For most of my life, I believed running wasn’t for me. Certain physical limitations made me doubt my abilities, and that mindset held me back for years. It wasn’t until I turned 30 that I decided to challenge those doubts. Since then, running has become a powerful tool for my mental and physical well-being, teaching me resilience and strength and has helped me through ups and downs of life.
Why This Cause Matters
The Charlie Waller Trust provides vital support to individuals facing challenges such as mental health struggles and personal setbacks, helping them regain confidence and rebuild their lives. Their work resonates deeply with me, and I’m proud to run in support of their life-changing efforts..
How You Can Help
I’m aiming to raise at least £1,000, and every donation—big or small—will make a meaningful impact. Your support will help fund vital programs and remind me, with every step, why this effort matters.
Thank you for your generosity—let’s make this marathon count!
