Join us in our exciting new fundraising campaign, "Move for Mental Health," where we dedicate a month to sponsored activities, each chosen and committed to by our wonderful supporters. This September, we invite you to select an activity that challenges, inspires, and brings you joy. Whether hitting the gym five times a week, running daily or any other activity that gets you moving and motivated, your commitment will significantly impact you.
How It Works
- Choose Your Activity: Pick an activity you love or something new you want to try. It could be anything from swimming, cycling, hiking, or dancing.
- Commit for a Month: Dedicate yourself to this activity for the entire month of September. Set your personal goals and track your progress.
- Gather Support: Contact your family, friends, and colleagues to sponsor your efforts. Share your journey on social media and encourage others to join you.
- Make a Difference: Every donation collected will go directly towards supporting mental health services in Zimbabwe, helping to improve the lives of those affected by mental health issues.

WHO ARE WE?
The Zimbabwe Life Project is a dedicated charity registered in the UK and Zimbabwe. It is committed to improving mental health care in Zimbabwe through the exchange of knowledge and resources.
Our mission is to share learning and facilitate collaboration between mental health professionals in the UK and Zimbabwe. By supporting the review and enhancement of mental health systems, we aim to improve the quality of patient care and processes where possible. We also raise funds and collect donations in the UK, ensuring their delivery to areas of identified need in Zimbabwe.
Our core values reflect our deep care for individuals with mental health issues, our passion for sharing learning, and our commitment to improving the quality of care. We support mental health services and are dedicated to sourcing and delivering donations to where they are needed most in Zimbabwe. Our vision is to enhance the lives of people with mental health problems, their families, and the staff who care for them in Zimbabwe.
