Unbelievably it has been 3 years since my last 28 Challenge for Hearing Dogs and whilst Arthur is very much still " doing his bit" for the charity providing his super amazing HD puppies I thought I ought to get involved with this years challenge!

We walk and run each day so instead I am taking this to the gym and I will be doing 28 Ab Rollouts per day for 28 days.
