Story
Every year, primary schools in the Lewes area take part in Patina, a vibrant arts project celebrating the children as they move on to secondary school. The project brings together students, local artists, and the community to create stunning costumes, artwork, and performances, all culminating in a colorful parade through the town.
This year, it’s our Year 6 students’ turn to shine!
Zoe and Anphi from year 6 at Western Road Community Primary School have been busy creating fabulous scrunchies to raise funds to cover materials, artist fees, and all the creative activities that make Patina so special.
