I’ll be running my first half marathon in Windsor on Sunday 29th September. For those of you that know what a pampered puss I am you will be aware this is a big undertaking for me, but one motivated by doing some good for a small charity with a big heart:

“Making Me is a not-for-profit Bedford based charity which teaches children how to thrive by focussing on early intervention strategies and equipping schools with the resources to develop emotional literacy and resilience skills for pupils from Nursery to Year 6.

With a unique focus on resourcing children with the knowledge and skills to stay mentally well rather than responding to mental ill-health, our approach is pro-active rather than re-active.”
