Simon sadly lost his battle to Cancer on 3rd February 2025. Hospiscare supported us through the hardest time of our lives, so on 30th November, as a family we are taking part in Hospiscare’s Jingle Jog! 🏃‍♀️🏃

2K + 5K is going to be a challenge for those little legs of Simons Girls, his Nieces and Nephew, but we are all determined to give it our all and help give the gift of care to others as we know Simon always gave his all to others. So this is for him. 💚

Hospiscare is a local charity, caring for terminally ill patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. Their teams of doctors and nurses offer specialist palliative care, to ensure that patients can make the most of the time they have left. It sounds simple when you put it like that, but from care in our community to their specialist ward, physiotherapists, complementary therapists and bereavement support services – they really do help make things a little easier for those facing some of the most difficult moments imaginable. As you are all aware this charity is very close to all our hearts and after using them for a short amount of time. The care and support given to us was second to none. They were able to give us those extra few days and precious moments with him. So this is our way of saying Thank You for being there for the hardest moment in our lives. 💔

We want to try and raise money so other children will not have to go through what we have been through. Please help make a difference by giving whatever you can. We have already raised an amazing amount of money this year for charity, which we are all so greatful for. We know times are tough so we're aiming to raise £100 this time round.
