This year I started out with a goal to dip / swim every day in 2023. So far I have smashed my goal.

Even on the days I've been ill or too tired to do anything I've dragged myself into my ice bath.

With less than 50 days left of 2023 (and all remaining dips likely to be sub 10 degrees), I am reaching out for sponsorship to go towards Prostate Cancer 🩵

My dad was diagnosed back in 2014 and has since gone through radiotherapy and earlier this year chemotherapy as well as years of injections. Unfortunately he will always have to live with cancer. But with fundraising and donations, maybe one day they will be able to come up with a cure.
