Anyone who knows me will already know that i do a charity run each December and try to give to a charity close to mine or friends hearts. ❤️

As someone who has seen firsthand the impact of this disease through friends , I am committed to doing everything I can to help improve access to care, fund research, and advocate for those affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

That's why I've decided to take on a personal challange running 200k run in December from 1st to 20th!

As a PA sufferer who gets leg paralysis some mornings this is always tough on me but i am yet to be beaten yet!

I know that this is a big ask with christmas coming, but I truly believe that together we can make a difference.
