U-evolve supports young people aged 11–21 across Edinburgh to feel better, be confident in who they are and take control of their lives.

We believe every young person deserves to feel heard, understood and supported. Last year, we supported 225 young people through free 1:1 and group mental health support, helping them build confidence, resilience and hope for the future.
