Story
From Friday 3rd to Sunday 12th October 2025, the three of us (me, Oscar, and Felix) are pulling on our walking boots and setting off along the South West Coast Path for the Cornish Coast Path Challenge. We’ll be walking, climbing, laughing (and probably moaning a bit!) as we raise money for Cornwall Mind and mark World Mental Health Day on Friday 10 October.
Our goal
We’d love to raise at least £100 as a family. Together, everyone taking part is aiming for £2000.
To give you an idea of what your donation could do:
• £10 – answers a call from someone reaching out for help
• £50 – provides one-to-one support so someone feels less alone
• £100 – funds a place on a wellbeing course that builds confidence and a better quality of life
Why Cornwall Mind?
Mental health affects us all, and Cornwall Mind is there for people across the county who need support, connection and hope. From answering a call at a tough moment to running wellbeing courses that can change lives, the help they give really matters – and it’s all right here in our community.
How you can help
1. Donate whatever you can. Every mile we walk will be powered by your kindness.
2. Share this page and the hashtag #CornishCoastPathChallenge so more people hear about it.
3. Fancy joining in? Pick a section of the path, set up your own page, and walk with us (virtually or in real life!). For more details see: https://www.harlandaccountants.com/cornish-coast-path-challenge-2025/
Follow our adventure
We’ll be posting updates, photos and mileage totals along the way – expect sandy boots, windswept hair and plenty of smiles. Keep an eye on this page and our socials (@HarlandAccountants, @CornwallMind).
Thank you
This isn’t about speed or competition, it’s about taking time out together, looking after our own wellbeing, and raising funds so others can do the same. Thanks so much for helping us turn coastal miles into stronger minds across Cornwall.
