Story

In Memory of Grandad Qazi.

In 2025, we are taking on 12 waterfall hikes to honor the memory of our beloved Grandad, who lost his battle with cancer in 2024. A free spirit, his strength and grace in the face of illness was supported by the exceptional care from the Cancer Care Hospital. The hospital provided not just medical treatment, but respect and comfort during his journey. This challenge is our tribute to him—raising awareness and vital funds for the hospital, ensuring that others facing similar battles can receive the same life-saving care and support. Through every step, we carry his spirit with us, continuing his legacy of hope and resilience.

Why Waterfalls?

Waterfalls are a perfect symbol for the relentless fight against cancer. They push forward, no matter the obstacles, carving their way through tough terrain. Similarly, cancer patients face a difficult journey, but with family support, they can endure. These hikes are a reminder that, just as waterfalls persist, so too can those fighting cancer, with the strength and unity of their loved ones. Together, we are walking in solidarity with every patient, showing that no battle is too hard when we face it together.
