Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page, set up as a tribute to Pam Stammers, who sadly passed away on 26th August 2012, with her loving family at her bedside.

Beloved wife of Hugh, mother of Claire, Simon and Lucy, Nana to Atlanta, Poppy, Max, James, Oscar, Dylan and Jake and friend of many.

She touched many people's lives - anyone who knew Pam would tell you what a warm, sunny, positive, loving, caring, funny person she was. Someone who had time for everyone, a lovely sense of humour, a wonderful listener.

Pam passed away peacefully at The Princess Alice Hospice in Esher, Surrey. The Hospice is a charity and provides all its care free of charge. This year the Hospice needs to raise £6 million to continue its work and to supplement a very modest NHS grant. Any support makes an enormous difference to so many people at such an important time.
