Patrick and I are running our first ever half-marathon in September and we've decided to do it in aid of the West Cumbria Branch of The Parkinson's Disease Society. My uncle is the chairman there and is doing his best to raise money and awareness of the disease, as well as to help those who have Parkinson's deal with their diagnosis. And we'd love to help him. There is still so much to learn about the disease, which is degenerative - more research needs to be done, new drugs tested and maybe one day they will find a cure.

So please, please help us raise as much money as possible for a cause very close to our hearts.
