Well happy with the London Marathon is now over for this year!  I'm very short on sponsorship money which I was hoping to raise for Combat Stress.  So please dig dig deep for me THANKS! 

I completed the marathon without any training in 5 hrs and 30 mins.  The reason had no training is that I'm a serving soldier and was deployed to Iraq at the last minute and therefore my training was put off.  Luckily for me my unit 2 PARA agreed to let me come back a few days before the marathon.  All my kit was trashed by an accident by the RAF before I even flew out to Iraq so was missing all my running kit.

Combat Stress is a well worthwhile charity and therefore I have decided that the Marathon will be for me every year and will hopefully raise more next year, but for now please donate some money today, if you do I promise that I will run next year's martahon in full military kit carrying bergans with 36 lbs of weight in it.  AGAIN THANKS FOR YOUR DONATION!
