My Best mate and his cousin had started fat lads on bikes and I saw the media and thought that's something I would be proud to support ,  I contacted Neal and signed up, so In just over 5 weeks I'll be cycling 162 miles to help ward 14 at James Cook University Hospital . The official had work starts tomorrow and then just after the coast coast I agreed to do the great north run  so please help make my training more worth while  by donating however much you are able to donate .
