I am going to run the great south run. I am doing this in memory of my MUM. Sadly she past away 1/10/10 and one of the contributing problems was Alzheimers. For this reason I would like to raise some money to help others like my mum, to have a decent quality of life, and to allow families who have to deal with alzheimers family members to get a break.
