I completed the 81 mile Etape Caledonia Cycle Race 2016 on the 8th May and finished with a personal best time of 3 hours 39 minutes and finished a reputable 82nd out of the 3406 cyclist, not bad for a Grandad.

The weather was great and the scenery in Perthshire stunning ..

I am raising funds for the Marie Curie Care Charity and it is not too late to make a donation to this very worthy cause.                                                   

Your donation  will go a long way to ensure that the terminally ill can spend the last days of their life at home surrounded by the love of the their family and friends .
