Story

Another year, another 26 mile walk in a skirt. Well, a kilt anyway!

As most of you know, our beautiful baby Zoë was born 2 years ago and was diagnosed with Hirschsprungs disease. She nearly died, but thanks to the incredible doctors and nurses at Yorkhill Hospital we got her home after life-saving surgery. 2 years on, and we can't believe how lucky we are to have her around! She's a cheeky wee so and so and we count our blessings every day :-)

When she got out of hospital, I did a 26 mile charity walk from Glasgow to Loch Lomond wearing a rather hot and heavy kilt. We bankrupt everyone, but made a fortune for Yorkhill. So now I just want to celebrate Zoë turning 2, by asking everyone to donate £2/$2. (PLEASE DON'T GIVE ANY MORE THAN THIS. SERIOUSLY. IT'S JUST A BIT OF FUN). Everyone was so kind 2 years ago, so this is my wee payback. By doing it again, but this year with a few crazy Scots friends in LA at the same time as 3000 people do it in Glasgow.

Thankyou Yorkhill! We love you!
