Firstly thank you for visiting my page and secondly this is the second time i have typed this out as i didnt save the first version (silly me).Can i start by saying i know lots of people are asking you to dig deep into already near depleted pockets already so i apologise for adding to that burden. I normally run miles for various charities through the likes of Glencoe and i have other charities close to my heart that would benefit from this page. I am also aware loads of folk are raising money for the NHS and many of you may have already contributed to other fundraisers. So my story goes like this, Glasgow has given me so much as a musician over the years and the NHS has also been there through major crises in my life regarding my children so i would like through your help to give something back. Glasgow and Inverclyde in particular have been hit badly by this invisible killer Covid 19  and that is the reason i am hoping you will help through enjoying my video raise some more for NHS Greater Glasgow And Clyde Boundaries. I recorded the song with the help of my brother Jon for my daughters wedding recently and when Covid hit i felt the words were very poignant. I said earlier that i ran hills etc for charity but i have to say i found trying to translate and edit what was in my heart and head onto actual film was far more daunting than The Devils Staircase Glencoe. I am no Spielberg but i hope when you watch my video you leave it feeling that as emotional as i found producing it you find some hope at the end of it and that it was worth a donation no matter how large or small...I may add this is the first Just Giving page i have ever done so thanks for bearing with me through my rambling.
