Hi,

On Saturday 30th I'll be abseiling from the top of the Edexcel building at 190 High Holborn to raise money for British Red Cross. I've been told that building is only 8 stories high so you don't have to donate more than 10 quid. I have to say it is fairly scary for me as I've never abseiled anything taller than a step ladder.

I'll post photos here next week to prove that I did it and from my face you'll be able to tell just what a chicken I am.  Surely that's got to be worth 10 quid of anybody's money.

Please forward this to as many people, because if I manage to raise 150 quid I'll get a T-shirt.
