Story

The 'Pennine Pirates' are a team of 17 Pennine Telecom staff who are participating in the 2015 Salford Dragon Boat Festival.


We decided to do this for Bury Hospice as they are a big part of our community. 


The boat race will take place on Sunday the 31st of May in Salford.


Our team have mixed capabilities and we are all amateurs however we are all looking to do our best!

It will cost £3.5m this year to run the Hospice and we raise 85% of this total, but with the support of our community we continue to strive to provide care and services to those who need it
