I am taking on the National Deaf Children's Society 100k in May challenge. As I average over 100k in activity over a month I have decided to push myself that bit further and I have entered the Hanningfield Olympic Distance triathlon on the 17th May. I last completed at triathlon in 2016 so this is going to be a challenge! maybe I should have given myself longer than 3 weeks to train! I am raising money for NDCS which is obviously close to my heart, I will be doing it all with my Aspen in mind! 💜
